HOW MUCH WILL MY ALBUM COST?

If you would like a price on an album, please refer to our current PDF price list (received upon registration).

When ordering online, your total price will update live depending on the choices you make in the ordering process

HOW LONG WILL MY ALBUM TAKE?

Our current turn around time is approx. 6-8 weeks from confirmation of order.

If you need an album by a specific date, please check in with us before uploading. This way, we can confirm if it's do-able in the time frame.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

To keep our production process smooth and uninterrupted, we are unable to accept changes to your order after confirmation.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

DO YOU OFFER STUDIO SAMPLES?

Albums : We offer a 20% discount on our bespoke album range. Please refer to our studio sample page for more information.

Presentation Products : We do not offer discounts for stock items as they are already at wholesale prices. Order 10 or more stock items for FREE EMBOSSING (plus the cost of an embossing block if required). 

CAN MY LOGO BE EMBOSSED ON MY ALBUM?

We do offer custom logo embossing! To include your logo, we need to produce a unique embossing block. Please contact us for the required paperwork.

TIP: The more simple the logo, the better it will emboss!

HOW DO I SET UP MY CUSTOM COVER EMBOSS

Create a document with a transparent background the same size as your album (IE: for a 10x10 inch album - document needs to be 10x10 inch square at 300dpi).

Add text at desired size in black - centred or placed bottom right - and save as a PNG. In the Personalise pop-up, choose “custom emboss” and “upload file” when directed. 

TIP: Thick lines emboss better than very thin lines on all materials!

HOW DO I SET UP MY CUSTOM OPAQUE FLYSHEET DESIGN

Exactly as per custom cover emboss except your document is to be black text on white background and a 300dpi JPG file (rather than a PNG).

HOW SHOULD MY ALBUM BE EXPORTED FROM ANOTHER DESIGN SOFTWARE?

Photo Books | Books require single pages to be exported and uploaded. Books will always start and end on a single page.

Artisan & Slimline | Albums require double page spreads to be exported and uploaded. Albums will always start and end on a double page.

TIP: If you're using another design software, make sure to select the option 'Bring in Existing' when ordering.

CAN I SHARE AN ALBUM DESIGN PROOF WITH MY CLIENTS?

We are working on a way for you to proof album designs to clients but currently, there are no proofing options available with our Jorgensen design software.

Your options are to use another software, or to have us design for you. Please contact us for more information!

Double Page Spreads In Millimetres.

Numbers supplied are before trimming.

You will lose 5mm from each edge when we trim.
